Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) – Contract-to-Hire. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces, creating engaging visual designs, and applying design thinking methodologies. This role requires conducting user research and UX research to inform design decisions and improve the product's usability and user experience. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)
to lead the design of our foundational MVP. This is a
contract-to-hire position
, where you’ll establish the design DNA of a platform built for global scale.
You will:
- Design user experiences across six integrated products (Discovery, Academy, Intelligence, Network, Capital, Studios).
- Develop a global design system scalable across multiple markets and languages.
- Create intuitive AI-human interfaces for explainable AI recommendations.
- Deliver executive-grade workflows for enterprise decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for the MVP launch.
- Conduct user research with executives and enterprise clients.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system.
- Ensure accessibility and compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Present concepts and design rationales to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise or B2B platform design .
- Experience designing for multiple user types (admin, business users, consumers).
- Proficiency in Figma and design system creation.
- Familiarity with AI/ML interfaces, dashboards, or recommendation systems .
- Experience in freelance/contract roles and remote collaboration.

Qualifications
- Excellent skills in Visual Design and Product Design
- Experience with Design Thinking methodologies
- Proficient in conducting User Research and UX Research
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Experience in agile methodologies is a plus
