As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the creation of user-centered digital experiences across core product areas. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, frame problems, and deliver elegant, polished solutions from concept to development. This role offers the opportunity to influence both the visual and interaction design of products while contributing to design systems, prototyping workflows, and usability improvements. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, championing user experience excellence and guiding design decisions that directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences, from discovery and low-fidelity exploration to high-fidelity, dev-ready execution.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand needs and validate design decisions.
- Translate insights into clear, usable, and visually appealing solutions across multiple states, edge cases, and accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and implement solutions effectively.
- Prototype and test concepts rapidly, iterating based on feedback and data.
- Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring reusable, accessible, and well-documented patterns.
- Actively participate in team critiques, provide constructive feedback, and help elevate design quality across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem solving and high-quality craft.
- Proven experience designing and shipping digital products in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with an eye for detail and polish.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly presenting design decisions and rationale.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a focus on improving user outcomes through thoughtful design.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
