The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of complex, data-rich enterprise applications. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to translate technical workflows into intuitive, elegant design solutions. What You’ll DoLead design initiatives from discovery to delivery — from early concepts and flows to polished interface designPartner with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define product requirements and ensure cohesive user experiencesConduct and leverage user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to guide design decisionsDesign for complex, data-heavy interfaces while maintaining clarity and simplicityContribute to and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalabilityMentor mid-level and junior designers, sharing knowledge and elevating design quality across the teamStay current on UX patterns for enterprise, data, and AI-powered applications
What We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in product design, ideally with exposure to enterprise ready Data solutions (Big data, Analytics, iPaaS, Data Integration, Data Governance, Automation or Data Security) productsStrong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work for complex digital productsExperience designing for data-heavy workflows, dashboards, or enterprise toolsProficiency in Figma (or similar) and understanding of component-based design systemsA strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility principlesExperience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraintsExcellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearlyComfortable working in an agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
