The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of next-generation NFT lending and trading experiences. You’ll define product design systems, turn complex financial interactions into intuitive interfaces, and help shape how users engage with decentralized finance.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for lending, trading, and portfolio management.
• Translate complex blockchain and financial concepts into accessible, elegant flows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and founders to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and visual guidelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to a strong design culture.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of product design experience focused on complex web or financial products.
• Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and polished visual design.
• Experience designing for technical users or data-heavy workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and solid understanding of frontend constraints.

Nice to Have

• Experience in DeFi, trading platforms, or blockchain applications.
• Background in fintech or startups such as Coinbase, Robinhood, or Bitso.
• Interest in bridging finance and user experience in decentralized systems.
