Role Overview

We’re looking for a
Senior Product Designer – Lead
to define and protect the
product-first narrative and UX direction
of the website.

This role sets vision, structure, and design principles —
not bulk execution
.

Responsibilities

• Own UX/UI quality and product-first narrative
• Define content structure, page logic, and hierarchy
• Establish design direction principles and guardrails
• Review and approve all design output
• Partner closely with Animation and Webflow leads
• Ensure coherence across design directions and iterations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design / UX
• Strong background in SaaS or complex product narratives
• Proven experience as a design owner or lead
• Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions
• Experience collaborating with motion and engineering teams

Not a fit if…

• You’re mainly focused on UI execution
• You need constant validation
• You’re uncomfortable owning design decisions
