We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive and scalable solutions for complex logistics workflows on a next-generation TMS platform. In this role, you will simplify the shipping experience for shippers, brokers, and carriers, leveraging AI-powered prototyping, research, and data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to design user experiences that drive adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the chance to work on high-impact projects in a distributed, collaborative, and innovation-focused environment.
Accountabilities
- Conduct research, interviews, and data analysis to understand shipper, broker, and carrier workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable problem statements and design directions for the team.
- Design end-to-end solutions for the platform and validate concepts quickly using AI-powered prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible, scalable, and high-quality implementations.
- Measure usability and adoption through customer feedback and product KPIs to inform continuous improvements.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, fostering a culture of experimentation, usability testing, and iteration.
- Communicate design decisions, experiments, and outcomes effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in product-led environments.
- Skilled in research and discovery, including customer interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Strong prototyping skills using Figma and AI-powered tools such as Figma Make or Lovable.
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams with product managers, engineers, and data teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bonus points: background in transportation, logistics, or marketplace platforms; experience scaling and governing a design system; knowledge of AI-driven UX patterns.
