Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Product Designer. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and refine features that enhance user experiences on the platform. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing intuitive interface designs, and employing design strategies to align with company goals. The role involves applying user-centric design processes, prototyping, and continuously iterating on design solutions based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design to craft intuitive and appealing user interfaces.
• Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Research to develop user-focused solutions and derive insights.
• Expertise in UX Research to understand and improve the user experience effectively.
• Ability to use design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience designing digital products and services, preferably for web or mobile applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
