Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)
to lead end-to-end design project, from concept to launch, within a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong product design expertise with leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills in English, and a deep understanding of business and user experience principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design projects from discovery to delivery.
• Create user-centered designs across web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Build and maintain design systems ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Present design concepts, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient time management.
• Participate in branding initiatives, workshops, and client meetings.
• Mentor junior designers when required.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or project lead role.
• Proven experience designing digital products for agencies or startups (experience with Silicon Valley clients is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with front-end development and design systems (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus).
• English level: C1 (advanced) for written and verbal communication.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise and product thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

About the Position:

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST Time Zone).
• Full-time, 100% remote. Contractor
