We are looking for a product designer who will join us on this mission and who cares deeply about customers and distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team to design innovative solutions that will transform the way businesses deliver service experiences. What you’ll do:Craft rational, elegant, and delightful solutions to complex problems, that add a little magic to our Partners and customers daily work days.Conduct usability tests and research to validate our hypotheses and increase the chances that what we build makes an impact.Contribute to the design system to ensure cohesion across all our products.Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering & customer success teams to find the best solution together.Promote usability and design best practices.
What you should have:3+ years of product design experienceProven ability to bring simplicity and a seamless user experience to complex designs.Experience with prototyping as a means to communicate design solutions.Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to understanding what's required for great user experiences.A strong command of Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaborating.Process-oriented but agile: the ability to quickly translate requirements into designs that are both functional and beautiful.
Bonus points for:Experience working with consumer apps.Experience with B2B or SaaS.
