About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design systems team. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams to create intuitive, scalable solutions that empower millions of designers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
- Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with user research methodologies
