Pay: $85 -$95 Per hour W-2

CBTS is searching for a Senior Product Designer. Lead the design of thoughtful, scalable digital experiences that are rooted in user needs, aligned with business goals, and integrated with service and operational realities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery
• Translate research and insights into actionable experiences (via an experience architecture)
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Partner with product and engineering in triad model
• Participate in prioritization, roadmap shaping, and sprint planning
• Elevate design quality through critique, partnership, and pattern stewardship

Strategic & Systems Thinking

• Skilled in storytelling, stakeholder management, or facilitation
• Able to zoom out to ecosystem and service-level thinking
• Skilled at designing multi-touchpoint, multi-role experiences
• Connects design decisions to business and operational context

Craft & Execution Excellence

• Strong in interaction design, IA, and UI systems
• Portfolio demonstrates clarity, usability, and attention to detail
• Designs accessible, scalable, and developer-friendly interfaces

Tools & Methods

• Proficient in Figma, using design systems, and prototyping tools
• Familiar with experience mapping, service blueprinting, and co-creation
• Able to run lightweight research and usability tests

Collaboration & Leadership

• Comfortable leading projects
• Thrives in cross-functional settings with PMs, engineers, SMEs, etc.
• Influences product strategy through design thinking and framing

• Experience in healthcare, complex workflows, or regulated environments
