We are looking for a Sr. Product Designer (Hands-on role) to help us deliver beautiful, meaningful digital user interfaces and experiences. This role is about effective communication, high-level creativity solutions and a can-do attitude bring compelling user interface solutions to life.
They will collaborate closely with UX analysts, product designers, motion designers, engineers, product owners and other agile sprint team members.
This is a remote job but the candidate MUST be in COLOMBIA.
Day-to-day
Produce detailed solutions for product interfaces and interactions
Spot and resolve UX/UI inconsistencies across products
Present and communicate design concepts directly with teams
Week-to-week
Present work to wider teams and stakeholders
Sketch ideas and participate in ideation sessions
Build prototypes for user testing
Design user flows and collaborate with product teams to prioritize work
What we’re looking for
Fluency in English is a must, all communication with the team will be in english
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, quick sketches to align the team
Strong knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Experience with design systems and helping develop them
Ability to rapidly create multiple mock-ups and prototypes
Proven track record in the product development process from user research → uncovering pain points/opportunities → detailed UX/UI design
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong time management and ability to own deadlines
Curiosity, experience and interest in generative AI and emerging design topics
