Role Overview
We’re looking for a
Senior Product Designer
to lead the design of key product experiences across our AI-driven SaaS platform.
You’ll work on workflows that help clinics manage appointments, conversations, and automation — while shaping how users configure and interact with AI-powered tools. This role involves designing end-to-end experiences, influencing product direction, and turning complex capabilities into intuitive interfaces.
You’ll help define product direction — not just execute requirements.
You should be comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, working across ambiguity, and designing systems that scale.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for core product features — from discovery through delivery
- Design workflows for managing users, conversations, automation, and operational data
- Shape interfaces that allow customers to configure and interact with AI-powered functionality
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, usable experiences
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and ship solutions
- Produce user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to support a growing platform
- Use feedback, research, and product data to iterate and improve experiences
- Help raise the design bar through critique, documentation, and design standards
What We’re Looking For (Core Requirements)
- Several years of experience designing digital products, ideally SaaS or B2B platforms
- Strong product thinking and ability to design complex, multi-step workflows
- Experience owning features end-to-end and collaborating cross-functionally
- Ability to simplify technical or operational complexity into intuitive UX
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped work and measurable impact
- Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving product environments
This role is best suited for designers who have owned meaningful product areas or shipped complex features in production environments.
Nice to Have (Preferred Experience)
- Experience designing AI-enabled products, automation tools, or configurable platforms
- Experience with workflow builders, no-code tools, or modular systems
- Familiarity with scheduling, calendar-based, or operational management interfaces
- Experience with CRM, communications, or conversation-driven products
- Experience designing healthcare or dental software
- Familiarity with conversational UI, analytics dashboards, or real-time interfaces
- Experience contributing to or scaling design systems

Compensation
