This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a fast-growing fintech company in the digital asset space known for its innovative, collaborative environment that celebrates forward-thinking ideas.
You’ll join the Sales Enablement team to develop and maintain a high-impact library of sales collateral supporting the company’s Crypto offerings.

Sales Collateral Designer Responsibilities:Regularly update and maintain the Crypto collateral library to reflect product updates, market trends, and client insights.Collaborate with Crypto sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment.Support Crypto sales teams with tailored materials for specific client opportunities.Provide Crypto training and best practices for using collateral effectively in client engagements.Work with Crypto stakeholders to ensure standardized messaging across product areas.Define and report success metrics for collateral effectiveness and team enablement.
Sales Collateral Designer Qualifications:4–6 years of experience creating sales collateral, pitch decks, or RFP responses within financial services or fintech.Background in institutional finance or Crypto is strongly preferred; alternatively, experience at a leading payment providerMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environmentDemonstrated crypto experience – either professionally or personallyProficient in Highspot, with no need for onboarding or training. Centralizes sales content (e.g., presentations, PDFs, videos) in one place.Strong skills in Google Slides and FigmaExceptional storytelling ability—written, verbal, and visual.Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex, technical concepts.Hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated approach.Familiarity with design best practices and the ability to refine materials independently.Proven success collaborating across multiple cross-functional teams.
