. Not “graphic designer”. Not “UI/UX”.

A
FULL-TIME
full-stack
designer who can think, design, build, and ship across everything we do.

If you’re the type of person who gets bored doing just branding or just UI or just websites, you’ll love this role.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

This is an end-to-end role. You’ll touch multiple disciplines every week.

Brand and Identity

• Create logos, typography systems, color palettes, and brand kits
• Build visual worlds for early-stage startups
• Produce assets for decks, socials, events, and product launches

Web Design + Build

• Design full websites in Figma from clear structure and strategy
• Build those sites in Framer with clean components and responsive layouts
• Create landing pages that look premium and convert

Product + UI

• Design dashboards, SaaS tools, and internal systems
• Bring clarity, spacing, hierarchy, and interaction thinking
• Work with real constraints and real users

Content + Motion

• Create social posts, visuals, carousels, and mini-brand assets
• Motion in Jitter or similar for simple animations and transitions
• Turn brand and product ideas into clean visuals fast.

You’ll own your projects. You’ll get support when needed but we move fast and trust you to make strong decisions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Hard Skills (non-negotiable)

• Strong UI: spacing, rhythm, typography, consistency
• Branding: at least a few real brand identities you fully designed
• Web design: layouts, grids, visual hierarchy, storytelling
• Figma master: components, variants, auto-layout, clean files
• Product design: dashboards, multi-step flows, clear UX
• Content creation: social graphics that feel modern and premium
• Motion: basic animation skills (Jitter or similar)
• English good enough to explain reasoning and push back respectfully
• Framer (optional): either already good or confident you’ll learn fast

Soft Skills (very important)

• Ownership: you take the brief and run
• You ask for clarity when blocked instead of guessing
• You manage your own deadlines and deliver on time
• You give feedback clearly and handle it without ego

• Slack and Loom for daily check-ins (quick, no long meetings)
• Fast feedback loops
• Responsive 8am–12pm WIB for team overlap
