Job – Senior Learning Experience Designer
Location:
Remote (Bay Area preferred for occasional in-person onboarding)
Duration:
6 months (possible extension/conversion)
Role Overview:
Join Talent Development team to design and deliver engaging learning experiences, primarily for
Engineering onboarding (Team Camp)
. Focus on
ILT and e-learning content
while applying adult learning principles.
Portfolio:
- Must include ILT and e-learning examples
- Show adult learning principles , simplified complex content , and modern, clean design
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Design: Create/update ILTs and e-learning (Articulate Rise), gamification, simulations, videos, interactive content
- Facilitation: Lead Day 1 of onboarding (bi-weekly) and occasional other sessions
- Project Management: Manage timelines, collaborate with SMEs, track progress (basic PM skills required)
- Additional Support: Contribute content for internal hubs, assist with small tasks, occasional video editing
Requirements:
Experience:
10+ years in instructional/learning design or facilitation
Technical Skills:
- ILT & e-learning design
- Articulate Rise (Articulate 360 preferred)
- LMS, Zoom, Keynote, Google Slides, Vyond, Camtasia, InDesign
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and collaboration
Preferred Experience:
- Tech industry or engineering audience
- Video editing
- Familiarity with AI in learning
