Senior Learning Experience Designer

Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable digital learning experiences, including self-paced eLearning and virtual instructor-led training
  • Create engaging educational content across formats such as modules, videos, presentations, labs, and assessments
  • Build structured learning paths that support certification, accreditation, and user enablement programs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product updates
  • Develop interactive, hands-on training experiences that simulate real-world applications
  • Analyze learner data and performance metrics to continuously improve course effectiveness and engagement
  • Support instructors and stakeholders with clear documentation, training materials, and delivery guidelines
  • Maintain consistency in instructional design standards, visual identity, and learning methodologies
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a distributed, asynchronous work environment

Requirements

  • Background in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum development, or related fields
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to design and deliver digital learning programs across multiple formats (eLearning, virtual training, video, labs)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learner data and optimize learning experiences
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible learning content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
