We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Senior Interaction Designer to shape engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and responsive platforms for leading brands. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and prototype intuitive interfaces that balance user needs with business goals. Accountabilities
As a Senior Interaction Designer, you will:
Design and deliver engaging UX/UI solutions that meet business objectives and user needs across web, mobile, and responsive platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, visual designers, developers, and product managers, to create cohesive and innovative digital experiencesDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant toolsApply design principles such as typography, color, layout, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and usabilityIncorporate user research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutionsMaintain robust documentation, including workflow diagrams, design specifications, and component librariesStay informed about emerging technologies, Gen AI design tools, and responsive frameworks to continually enhance design quality
Requirements
Candidates should have:
Mid-to-senior level experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing multiple projects and contributionsProficiency in Figma (including Variables and Prototyping), Adobe Creative Suite, and Mac OSKnowledge of responsive design frameworks and principles of accessible and inclusive designStrong conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable design solutionsExperience using data, research, and user feedback to inform design decisionsCuriosity and a commitment to continuous learning, including familiarity with emerging Gen AI design toolsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude, capable of working effectively in a team environmentAgency experience or exposure to client-focused design projects is a plus
