We’re looking for an exceptional
Senior Graphic & Web Designer

who can elevate our website, graphics, and landing pages to the highest standard. This role is focused on crafting visually refined, conversion-driven experiences using Replo, Figma, and Adobe suite, while owning and shaping the overall UX across the site. We’re not rushing this hire and will move forward only when we meet someone truly outstanding—highly motivated, detail-oriented, and operating at the top of their craft.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and improve landing pages and website experiences
• Own the web design and UI/UX process end-to-end, from early concept exploration to polished, production-ready designs.
• Create dedicated visuals for the website and static ads, independently researching references and proactively proposing new ideas.
• Ensure consistency across all digital designs
• Work independently while collaborating with internal teams when needed
• Continuously refine and elevate existing designs

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic and web design
• Solid hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma

and
Adobe Creative Cloud
- Ability to design high-performing, conversion-focused layouts
- Familiarity with AI tools used in modern design workflows
- Fluent
Italian

and good working
English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands
• Experience with Replo
• Packaging or product design experience
