We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with functionality, producing designs that effectively communicate messages and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Graphic Design:

• Design eye-catching graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and online ads.
• Develop visual content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

2. Operational Support:

• Assist the operations team with various graphic design needs, such as internal documents, company reports, and training materials.
• Provide graphic design assistance to Virtual Assistants (VAs) and other employees as required.
• Ensure all operational graphics adhere to the company’s branding guidelines. Create and update templates for internal use.

3. B2B Client Work:

• Work closely with B2B clients to understand their design requirements and deliver high-quality graphics that meet their needs.
• Produce professional designs for client presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
