Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (Remote — India | NY Timezone)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a
highly efficient, AI-driven Senior Graphic Designer
who can deliver fast, high-quality creative work and support business growth through additional execution tasks. This is a
multi-skilled role
beyond design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-impact designs (social media, ads, websites, pitch decks, branding)
• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) for rapid output
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets
• Execute quick turnaround tasks with minimal supervision
• Support lead generation activities :
• Email outreach
• Calling potential clients (basic communication)
• CRM/data updates
• Assist in ad creatives for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns
• Collaborate with DevOps/Tech team for landing pages & assets

Must-Have Skills:

• Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
• Strong with AI design tools & automation workflows
• Basic knowledge of marketing funnels & ad creatives
• Ability to multitask (design + ops + outreach)
• Excellent communication (spoken + written English)
• Comfortable working in the New York timezone (EST)
• Proficiency in Slack, Email & Phone Call delegations with internal team as well as end clients.

Good to Have:

• Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email automation
• Prior exposure to startup / fast-paced environments
