We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. You will work closely with the creative lead and project team based in Singapore to develop compelling visual concepts and design assets for live events, brand activations, exhibitions, and pop-ups.

This role requires someone who is independent and proactive with the ability to translate creative ideas into impactful visual designs for physical spaces and event environments, and clear communication in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual development of event and experiential projects, from concept to final production.
• Create key visuals, event branding, spatial graphics, and environmental design for exhibitions, conferences, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, 3D designers, project managers, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Produce presentation decks, pitch visuals, and mockups to support creative proposals.
• Translate brand guidelines into impactful on-site experiences including stage design, signage, wayfinding, digital screens, and printed collateral.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and ensure designs are feasible for fabrication and large-format printing.
• Oversee and maintain design consistency across all event touchpoints.
• Stay updated with trends in experiential design, event graphics, and spatial storytelling.

Requirements

• 6 - 8 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an event, exhibition, or experiential agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event branding, spatial graphics, and large-format design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop). Knowledge of video editing skills is a plus.
• Experience working with environmental graphics, signage systems, and print production.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong conceptual thinking and layout skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication in English and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to visualize designs in 3D event environments (experience working with 3D teams is a plus).

Bonus if you have:

• Experience working with 3D teams or understanding of spatial design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation.
• Experience in pitch decks and proposal design for events.
