Role Overview
This is not a typical designer role.
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead who can:
➜ Think strategically
➜ Lead brand development
➜ Execute high-quality visuals at speed
You will be responsible for how our brand looks, feels, and communicates visually across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Creative Direction
➜ Define and evolve the visual identity of multiple brands
➜ Develop and maintain design systems (colors, typography, layout standards)
➜ Ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
➜ Lead creative direction for campaigns and brand positioning
Marketing Creatives (Core Focus - 80%)
➜ Design daily high-quality social media creatives (LinkedIn-focused B2B content)
➜ Create conversion-driven ad creatives
➜ Develop website banners, landing page visuals, and marketing assets
➜ Produce content aligned with premium global brand standards
3D Rendering & Visualization
➜ Create high-quality 3D renders of products and components
➜ Develop both technical and marketing-friendly visuals
➜ Work on animations where required (preferred)
Technical Visualization
➜ Translate complex manufacturing and supply chain concepts into clear, compelling visuals
➜ Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical details
Creative Strategy Contribution
➜ Proactively suggest campaign ideas, content strategies, and design improvements
➜ Contribute to brand growth, positioning, and differentiation
Technical Requirements
Candidates MUST have strong hands-on experience with:
➜ Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
➜ Figma (for web and UI/UX-related design work)
➜ Blender / Fusion 360 (for 3D rendering and visualization)
Important Note
This role requires advanced design capability and creative thinking.
Candidates relying primarily on Canva or templates will NOT be considered. We are looking for designers who use professional tools and build original, high-quality work.
Experience Requirements
➜ 4–7+ years of professional design experience
➜ Strong experience in:
➜ Branding and visual identity development
➜ Social media and ad creatives
➜ 3D product rendering
➜ Experience working with:
➜ Tech, manufacturing, SaaS, or B2B brands (preferred)
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)
Your portfolio MUST include:
➜ Social media creatives (preferably for real brands)
➜ Ad creatives (performance-focused work)
➜ 3D renders (product-level quality)
