While the working hours are fixed (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday), the nature of work is fast-paced and demanding.

  • You will have back-to-back design tasks throughout the day
  • This is not a relaxed or flexible workload environment

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer with strong practical design ability, not based on degrees or claims, but on actual performance. We DO NOT rely on interviews or resumes to evaluate candidates. Instead, we follow a task-first hiring approach.

SELECTION PROCESS (Very Important)

  • Short 5-Minute Introduction Call
  • Basic interaction
  • No detailed interview
  • Mandatory Design Task
  • You will be assigned a 4-page brochure design test
  • Time limit: 4-5 hours Maximum
  • This is the primary evaluation stage
  • Final Selection Based on Task Performance

MADATORY SKILLS (Non-Negotiable)

  • Expert-level proficiency in:
  • CorelDRAW
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong ability in:
  • Layout design
  • Typography
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Clean, structured design execution

If you are not highly confident in both CorelDRAW and Illustrator, please do not apply.

What We Are Looking For

  • Designers who can think and execute independently
  • Strong visual judgement and layout clarity
  • Ability to deliver clean, professional work under time pressure
  • Attention to detail in both design and presentation

Mandatory Test Requirement

As part of the hiring process:

  • You must complete a 4-page brochure within 4 hours
  • You must submit:
  • Final design (PDF/JPEG)
  • Proper mockup presentation (mandatory)

Important: Presentation quality is as important as the design itself.

STRICT REJECTION CRITERIA

Applications will be rejected if:

  • CorelDRAW or Illustrator proficiency is not strong
  • You are unwilling to complete the design test
  • Submission lacks presentation/mockups
  • Work appears template-based or low-effort
  • You are looking for part-time, freelance, or flexible work

Work Commitment (Critical)

This is a full-time role requiring full-time focus.

  • You are expected to be fully available from 9 AM to 6 PM
  • This is not compatible with freelancing or other jobs
  • Consistent output and availability are mandatory

  • Are you comfortable with a 5-minute introduction call followed directly by a 4-5 hour design test, with no detailed interview? (Answer ONLY Yes or No.)
  • Do you have strong professional-level expertise in BOTH/OR EITHER CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator (not basic level)? (Answer ONLY Yes or No. If No, do not apply.)
