About the Role
We are seeking a high-level Graphic Designer based in the Philippines who will work directly with our Creative Director and Executive Team to execute high-impact marketing and brand design.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced production environment, capable of turning creative direction into polished marketing assets quickly and accurately.
You will be responsible for producing conversion-focused creative assets across multiple brands, including social media, digital ads, campaigns, and brand materials.
This is not a template-only Canva role. We are looking for a technically skilled designer with strong fundamentals in layout, typography, branding, and marketing design.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate creative direction from the Creative Director into production-ready designs
- Produce high-performing marketing creatives for digital campaigns
- Design assets for social media, advertising, landing pages, and email marketing
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands and campaigns
- Prepare design files for web and marketing platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creative needs
Technical Requirements
Applicants must be proficient in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma or similar collaborative design tools
- Canva Pro (for marketing production workflows)
Strong understanding of:
- Typography and layout systems
- Marketing and advertising design
- Social media asset formats and best practices
- Conversion-focused creative
- File organization and design systems
Professional Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years professional graphic design experience
- Experience working in agency, marketing, or high-output creative environments
- Ability to work efficiently under creative direction
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
