We are seeking an experienced
Senior Designer
to lead the creation and delivery of high-quality digital and print design solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate has strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design skills, and the ability to manage projects from initial brief through final production. You should be highly proficient in modern design tools and comfortable overseeing a wide range of marketing and brand-related creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all design projects from conception to final delivery
• Create original design assets including illustrations, infographics, and social media creatives
• Review and provide constructive feedback on junior designers’ work to maintain quality
• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas to effectively communicate and advertise products/services
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding work

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design projects
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and basic motion graphics using After Effects
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Excellent visual attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation

₹4.8 LPA – ₹5.4 LPA
