Title: Graphic Designer

Time: Full-Time (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM SAST)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $42,000/y USD

The Company

Our client is an AI-powered accounting automation and contract management platform built for accounting and finance teams – just like yours. They make life easier by automating tedious, manual tasks and keeping users on top of critical deadlines.

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in visual storytelling, branding, and video production. The ideal candidate will create compelling visual content that aligns with the company’s brand standards across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to produce creative assets for lead generation campaigns, webinars, and virtual or in-person events.
  • Edit and produce video content including promotional videos, product demos, interviews, and short-form social content.
  • Oversee the full video production cycle—storyboarding, editing, adding motion graphics and sound.
  • Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve creative output.
  • Organize and maintain a digital library of assets, footage, templates, and completed projects.
  • Adhere to company policies and execute all responsibilities with a high level of professionalism.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and video editing fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Eagerness to adopt new tools, processes, and technologies.

Education & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design and video production, preferably within a B2B or agency environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse design and video work is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in motion graphics and 3D design is a plus.
