  • Build complete popup experiences—including visual design and copy—within Postscript’s platform.
  • Set up popup behavior and targeting rules to support customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Manage 10–15 design requests per week, with capacity for additional ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams using Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Balance multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Strong attention to detail in both design and copywriting.
  • Ability to create fresh designs using brand kits and existing web assets.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Typekit and webfont management.
  • Ability to balance speed with quality while managing competing deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solver who can follow brand guidelines while offering new ideas.
  • Proactive and responsive in an asynchronous work environment.
  • Comfortable refining designs based on customer feedback and working through ambiguity.

Bonus Points For

  • Basic knowledge of CSS.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketing funnels and performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently delivers polished, brand-aligned popup designs that drive conversions.
  • Effectively manages 10–15 weekly design requests while contributing to additional projects as needed.
  • Collaborates smoothly with internal teams and adapts quickly to changing priorities and feedback.
