About the Role
We’re looking for a
Multidisciplinary Designer
to join our team. In this role, you'll design and maintain high-quality, conversion-driven popups and forms that align with our brand and support internal stakeholders—primarily within the Customer Success team.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with team members across the organization using tools like Slack and Zoom. While this is a remote role, working U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred) is required.
Responsibilities
- Design original, high-performing popups and forms using Postscript’s popup editor, aligned with each brand’s guidelines.
- Regularly update popup designs based on performance data, customer input, and evolving strategies.
- Create and modify graphic assets (e.g., images, logos, icons) while maintaining brand consistency.
- Build complete popup experiences—including visual design and copy—within Postscript’s platform.
- Set up popup behavior and targeting rules to support customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Manage 10–15 design requests per week, with capacity for additional ad-hoc projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams using Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- Balance multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce design, digital marketing, or web design.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong attention to detail in both design and copywriting.
- Ability to create fresh designs using brand kits and existing web assets.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Familiarity with Typekit and webfont management.
- Ability to balance speed with quality while managing competing deadlines.
- Creative problem-solver who can follow brand guidelines while offering new ideas.
- Proactive and responsive in an asynchronous work environment.
- Comfortable refining designs based on customer feedback and working through ambiguity.
Bonus Points For
- Basic knowledge of CSS.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketing funnels and performance marketing strategies.
- Experience with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.

- Consistently delivers polished, brand-aligned popup designs that drive conversions.
- Effectively manages 10–15 weekly design requests while contributing to additional projects as needed.
