full-time, remote
role, perfect for a detail-oriented professional ready to own our visual identity from lead generation to final product.

The Role at a Glance:

• Job Title: Graphic Designer
• Location: Remote
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (weekend availability required)
• Portfolio: Mandatory

What You'll Be Doing:

• Packaging & Branding Master: Design print-ready files for chocolate and gift box packaging, as well as product front labels. Create nutritional and ingredient labels to meet compliance standards.
• Sales Enablement: Produce virtual/digital mockups of customized chocolate packaging and create compelling visual and written content to support lead generation across digital and networking channels.
• Client Artwork Customization: Prepare direct customer final artwork for print-ready customization (labels, transfer sheets, insert cards) and manage frequent, tedious revisions. This requires frequent use of Microsoft Teams and OneDrive due to fast turnarounds.
• Marketing & Catalog: Design and update promotional catalogs, lookbooks, product sheets, and in-store marketing materials. Update prices across all sales materials to maintain consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure visual deliverables align with goals, often requiring discovery questions about the client's needs (purpose, quantity, budget).

Required Expertise:

• 3–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a client-facing role, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and promotional design.
• Expert level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams .
• A Plus: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or experience with CRM tools (ClickUp, HubSpot, Jira, Trello).
