Senior Graphic Designer (Remote – Philippines)

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in the beauty and lifestyle space. This is not a traditional design role. We’re looking for someone who is bold, detail-obsessed, and style-driven—a true creative pioneer who thrives on building brands that break boundaries.
As our lead creative, you will work closely with the founder to conceptualize, shape, and execute visually disruptive and commercially impactful brands. From building brand worlds and packaging identities to supporting digital and retail campaigns, this role covers the full design spectrum.
You will be responsible for owning the design function end-to-end—from concept development through to final asset delivery, including packaging artwork, ecommerce visuals, and retailer-ready content.
This is a role for someone who not only understands beauty aesthetics, but also how to build and scale design systems that perform across physical and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Visual Identity
- Lead the creation of logos, brand stories, visual guidelines, typography systems, and brand assets for new and existing brands.
- Translate strategic direction into visually powerful design systems that reflect a modern beauty/lifestyle aesthetic.
Packaging Design & Execution
- Develop concepts and visual direction for product packaging.
- Create mockups, 3D renders, dielines, and final print-ready artwork that reflect brand tone while ensuring regulatory label compliance and product hierarchy clarity.
Retailer & Trade Collateral
- Design retailer mailers, sell-in presentations, launch toolkits, and in-store visuals that speak the language of buyers and drive sell-through.
Digital Design & E-commerce
- Work with the social and e-commerce teams to create high-impact visuals for social media, website banners, ads, and digital campaigns.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Design branded, high-converting Klaviyo email campaigns and templates that are cohesive with the overall brand look and feel.
Creative Operations
- Own the full lifecycle of creative production—from ideation to execution—ensuring all output meets quality standards, timelines, and strategic objectives.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer within the beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity development, packaging design, e-commerce content, and campaign work.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and proficient in Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of packaging technical requirements, label regulations, and artwork delivery standards.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver campaign-ready content across digital and print.
Preferred Skills
- AI Integration: A working knowledge of how to leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Runway) in the design process—from concepting and ideation through to asset generation or content augmentation. A passion for exploring and adopting emerging tools will be highly valued.
- Creative Strategy: Ability to think conceptually and help shape brand and campaign narratives alongside the founder and marketing team.
- Retail Design Acumen: Understanding of what captures buyer attention and converts at shelf level and across retailer marketing channels.
