We are seeking a
highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer β 3D Art (Role Level: Senior Executive/Lead)
who will play a key role in developing high-quality
3D artwork, product tags, and packaging designs
for our growing product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
3D modeling, rendering, packaging design, and visual storytelling
, along with the ability to lead creative projects and mentor junior designers. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and timely project delivery.

β’ Develop innovative
3D artwork and packaging designs
from concept to final execution.
β’ Create high-quality
3D models, textures, lighting setups, and realistic renders
using industry-standard tools.
β’ Design visually compelling
product tags, packaging materials, and marketing visuals
aligned with brand identity.
β’ Ensure all creative outputs follow
brand guidelines, technical standards, and production specifications
.
β’ Collaborate closely with
Marketing, Product Development, and Production teams
to meet project deadlines.
β’ Provide
creative leadership and mentorship
to junior designers.
β’ Review and optimize design files to ensure
print readiness and digital accuracy
.
β’ Maintain consistency in
visual quality and branding
across all product-related assets.
β’ Stay updated with
latest trends and technologies
in 3D design, packaging, and product visualization.
β’ Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop
innovative visual concepts
.

Experience:
Minimum
4β6+ years
in Graphic Design or 3D Art, preferably in
product or packaging design
.

Education:
Bachelorβs Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
β πππππ§ππ’π‘ππ π₯ππ€π¨ππ₯ππ ππ‘π§π¦
β’ Strong expertise in
3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and lighting
.
β’ Proficiency in
3D software
, including but not limited to:
- Blender
- Autodesk Maya
- 3ds Max
- Cinema 4D
- ZBrush
β’ Strong command of
Adobe Creative Suite
, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
β’ Experience using
Substance Painter/Designer
or similar tools.
β’ Strong artistic sense in
color, typography, layout, and composition
.
β’ Experience working with
print-ready packaging and dielines
will be an advantage.
β’ Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
and meet tight deadlines.
β’ Strong
communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
.
β’ Experience mentoring or leading junior designers will be preferred.
β’ Familiarity with
AI-assisted design tools
will be considered an added advantage.
