About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally smart, sharp, and creatively strategic Senior Graphic Designer who understands luxury real estate branding at scale.
We need someone who has worked on large-scale real estate projects, premium developments, high-rise towers, luxury villas, commercial landmarks, and marquee properties, someone who can design campaigns at the level of iconic properties like Mannat in terms of brand positioning, luxury appeal, and aspirational storytelling. This is not a basic social media design role. We are hiring a visual strategist who thinks beyond creatives someone who understands buyer psychology, premium branding, and high-value real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end branding and marketing campaigns for luxury real estate projects
- Conceptualize and execute brochures, hoardings, site branding, launch campaigns, digital ads, and investor decks
- Develop strong brand identities for premium properties
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align visuals with revenue goals
- Maintain luxury positioning across all creative assets
- Direct photoshoots, project walkthrough designs, and campaign aesthetics
- Deliver world-class creatives under tight deadlines
- Conceptualize and create teaser videos and grand launch campaign videos for project unveilings
- Design premium project brochures, fact sheets, and investor-ready layout files
- Design and oversee high-conversion real estate project websites
Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years of hardcore real estate design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury projects, towers, villas, and landmark properties
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong typography, layout, and premium branding expertise
- Experience in large-scale outdoor branding & project launch campaigns
- Ability to think strategically, not just execute
- Proven experience in teaser/launch video creation and brochure development
- Strong understanding of website design principles and user experience for real estate projects
