VP of Design
and we are seeking an experienced professional who can hit the ground running.

Senior Front-End Designer
Remote | North America (or NA time zones)
This role sits at the intersection of
design, conversion, and engineering
. You will build high-finish, high-converting funnels and pages from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build new funnels, landing pages, and site experiences
- Implement rapid on-the-fly changes and optimizations
- Collaborate closely with CRO, developers, and designers
- Translate conversion strategy into production-ready builds
- Maintain clean, scalable front-end codebases
What Success Looks Like
- Pages that look great and
convert at scale
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
- Strong collaboration across teams
- Builds that stand up to real traffic and revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and custom builds
- Experience with Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Expert level with Tailwind & Bootstrap
- Strong Understanding of CRO, Direct Response Funnels, and Copywriting
- Portfolio demonstrating real conversion-focused work
- Deep understanding of what makes pages convert
- High-finish production standards
- Experience supporting high-traffic DTC funnels
- PORTFOLIO REQUIRED WITH RESUME
