on the search for a
Senior
Footwear Designer
. This role is
remote across Europe.

This is a hands-on design role, responsible for leading the creation of technical footwear that is innovative, functional, and true to the brand’s DNA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full footwear design process from insight and concept through prototyping to final spec.
• Translate consumer, athlete, and market insights into authentic, performance-ready product.
• Build clear design packs, tech drawings, and CADs for development with factories.
• Partner with Product, Materials/Innovation, and Sourcing to meet cost, quality, and timeline.
• Stay ahead of trends in lasts, construction, compounds, membranes, and sustainable materials.
• Benchmark against best-in-class outdoor brands and ensure designs meet industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience designing technical outdoor footwear ; exposure to performance outdoor brands is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of lasts, tooling, upper construction, membranes, adhesives, and testing.
• Portfolio demonstrating functional innovation and commercial awareness.
• Ability to balance creativity with manufacturability, durability, and fit/ergonomics.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and relevant 3D/CAD tools.
