About the role:

Our client is seeking
a Senior Enterprise Designe
r with a sharp visual eye, advanced techni
cal proficiency in Figma
, and an exceptional attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex client needs and strategic creative briefs into refined, production-ready design solutions
. You’ll collaborate closely with creative directors, project managers, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and high-quality execution maintaining design integrity from initial concept through final delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design execution in Figma for enterprise-level clients and complex projects.
• Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver sophisticated, high-impact designs.
• Ensure design system consistency, paying close attention to spacing, curves, hierarchy, and overall visual harmony.
• Develop mood boards, style guides, and finalized assets that align with the client’s brand and expectations.
• Collaborate with motion designers and developers to maintain design intent throughout implementation.
• Communicate proactively—raising questions early, clarifying direction, and ensuring alignment with expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must haves:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in enterprise/B2B environments.Advanced profic iency in Figma, including creating scalable systems, components, and production-ready files.
• Strong visual design sensibility with the ability to identify and correct nuanced visual inconsistencies.Experience delivering elegant, well-crafted designs while balancing client requirements and creative imtegrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with motion design.
• Based in LATAM.

Shift: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST
