Position : Senior Digital & Creative Web Designer

Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays; 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST

Salary range : USD 1500- 2500 per month depending on experience

Location : Remote (preferred: Philippines)

About The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled, senior-level Graphic Designer (Senior Digital & Creative Web Designer) with a strong portfolio in digital, website, and brand design. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling, high-impact creative assets that elevate our clients’ online presence.

As we’re a web agency, this role places extra emphasis on website design and ideally e-commerce design. Experience with WordPress and preferably Elementor is considered a strong plus (soft requirement), though not an absolute dealbreaker.

This position prioritizes visual design expertise—proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Design visual assets for websites, e-commerce experiences, digital campaigns, social media, and branding projects.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Translate concepts into high-quality visuals that meet strategic and business goals.
• Present design work clearly and confidently in English to stakeholders and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-7+ years of professional experience in graphic or digital design.
• Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, clean, and engaging website and digital design work.
• Agency or in-house brand experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Based in Latin America or the Philippines (or able to work CET-compatible hours).

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for WordPress (preferably with Elementor).
• E-commerce design experience, particularly UI/UX for online stores.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and responsive design.
