: Darbyon is a leading AI advertising agency that helps international brands grow by

combining cutting-edge artificial intelligence with performance, PR, and advertising services. Working with

prestigious brands such as Chopard, Nuxe, and Estée Lauder and leveraging custom AI models, they produce

outstanding content and optimize campaigns better and faster. Darbyon is currently seeking their first remote

hire from the Philippines.

Schedule
: Full-time position of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, Paris time zone (12 pm to 9 pm Manila).

What you’ll do:

• Design high-quality visual assets for e-commerce, paid advertising, social media, and brand campaigns, tailored to platform-specific formats (Meta, Google, Display, TikTok, etc.).
• Translate creative concepts into conversion-driven static and video assets, including basic to intermediate motion editing.
• Integrate AI tools (image generation, upscaling, editing, variations, automation) into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to continuously optimize asset performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to luxury brand guidelines, maintaining visual excellence across deliverables.
• Maintain a high level of craft and attention to detail while producing assets efficiently at scale.
• Stay up to date with design trends, luxury visual standards, e-commerce best practices, and AI-driven innovation.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of creative design experience, working with luxury/beauty/fashion brands.
• Understanding of the aesthetics and standards associated with luxury.
• Excellent knowledge of formats, codes, and trends specific to e-commerce and social media.
• Previous experience with AI tools for creative production is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of video editing and motion basics (After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent).
• Highly motivated to work with a sense of urgency and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
