✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a
Senior Creative Designer
to join our team and create high-performing visual assets that drive measurable results.

This role is ideal for designers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving creative challenges, and want to work at the intersection of creativity and performance.

You will play a key role in delivering impactful creative assets while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and creative excellence.

🧩 What You’ll Do

🎯 Design high-performing creative assets including static ads, email creatives, and landing pages

🎯 Create visually compelling, performance-driven designs

🎯 Work efficiently across multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail

🎯 Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand creative needs and objectives

🎯 Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights

🎯 Maintain consistent design quality across all creative outputs

🎯 Use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to enhance speed and creative quality

🔍 What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of experience in creative design

✅ Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work (preferably for eCommerce brands)

✅ Strong proficiency in
Photoshop
and Figma

✅ Experience using AI tools in your design workflow is highly preferred

✅ Amenable to work in mid-shift/day-shift

✅ Strong attention to detail and creative judgment

✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

✅ Excellent communication skills in English

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
