We are hiring a
Senior Creative Designer
to act as a dedicated creative partner for one of our top clients. In this role, you will embed directly with the client's team to support their communications and branding initiatives. In a fast-paced environment, you will partner directly with their executive leadership to deliver high-level creative solutions on tight schedules.
You will transform minimal requirements into polished, compelling designs that resonate with senior stakeholders. This full-time position requires complete overlap with standard Eastern or Central US business hours and begins as a six-month engagement with a strong likelihood of extension.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the client's communications team and executive leadership to conceptualize and execute design strategies
- Design advanced presentations for CEOs and Vice Presidents to ensure clear and impactful storytelling
- Create high-quality visual assets with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to support various corporate campaigns
- Translate minimal project requirements into polished creative solutions within tight turnaround times
- Present design concepts and rationale directly to senior stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently
Requirements
- Comprehensive design portfolio (attached or provided via link) that demonstrates your presentation and visual design work. Applications submitted without a portfolio will be automatically rejected
- Extensive experience as an independent contributor with C-level executives and diverse stakeholder groups
- Advanced proficiency in presentation design, specifically with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Proven experience with Canva for rapid asset creation
- Clear communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch ideas to senior leadership
- Ability to work full-time with a complete overlap in standard Eastern or Central US business hours
Nice to have
- Experience with video editing software and multimedia production

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $65 - $80 per hour.
