In this role, you will lead the content strategy and UX writing efforts across digital products, crafting clear, intuitive, and engaging microcopy that guides users seamlessly. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure content consistency and quality while establishing scalable content patterns and guidelines. This position allows you to shape the voice of products, mentor other writers, and influence product decisions through well-crafted content. You will also contribute to training programs and style guides, driving the adoption of content best practices across multiple teams. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, engagement, and overall product experience.

Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in UX writing or content design for digital productsProven experience coaching and mentoring other UX writers and designersStrong facilitation and leadership skills, capable of navigating multiple teams and bridging product areasExcellent portfolio demonstrating content strategy, UX writing, and problem-solving abilitiesMeticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skillsExperience creating scalable content patterns, style guides, and training materials
