Role and Company Overview:

We are a global digital communications and marketing agency trusted by some of the world's most recognized brands. We are looking for a Senior Concept Designer to join our creative team. This is not an execution-only role — it is a concept-first position. You will receive strategic briefs from the Executive Creative Director and translate them into full campaign systems: multi-channel, multi-audience, visually coherent, and strategically grounded. Every design decision you make must tie back to the strategy and messaging. If you think in campaigns, not just assets, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive creative briefs and develop 3+ distinct concept directions independently before seeking feedback
  • Build modular campaign systems that work across content pillars and audience segments — digital, social, print, trade show, signage, and more
  • Source, manipulate, and transform imagery using advanced Photoshop techniques and AI image generation tools (Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) to create campaign-consistent, ownable visuals at scale
  • Present creative work with clear strategic rationale — every decision should connect back to the brief's objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Creative Director through iterative feedback loops
  • Execute work end-to-end or guide production teams to ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of visual identity systems for enterprise-level clients

Requirements:

  • 7+ years as a Senior Designer in an agency environment with enterprise-level clients
  • Portfolio demonstrating a single campaign concept applied across multiple channels and formats — not just individual assets
  • Expert-level Adobe Photoshop (compositing, lighting, retouching, image construction)
  • Expert-level Adobe Illustrator (brand identity, icons, illustration, campaign design)
  • Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar)
  • Proven ability to develop 3+ distinct concepts from a single brief independently
  • Ability to articulate the strategic and messaging rationale behind every creative decision
  • Fluent English — written and spoken
