About the role
ED&C is seeking a seasoned Senior 3D Experiential Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior 3D Experiential Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising and executing immersive, visually stunning 3D experiences that captivate our clients and their audiences. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of creative projects, from large-scale events to innovative digital installations.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate client briefs into cohesive 3D design concepts
- Leveraging your exceptional 3D modelling and rendering skills to bring these concepts to life
- Designing innovative, visually impactful 3D environments, set pieces, and interactive elements
- Ensuring all design work adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with the client's strategic objectives
- Keeping abreast of the latest 3D design trends and technologies to enhance the impact of your work
- Collaborating with the creative, production, and project team to oversee the fabrication and installation of 3D designs
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within the creative & advertising industry
- Strong portfolio in exhibitions, event environments, pop-ups and experiential design
- Ability to translate concepts into compelling 3D visualisations and final production artwork
- Exceptional proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software, such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent
- Ability to produce refined, presentation-ready renderings
- Understanding of how designs translate into real-world experiences, with consideration for audience flow and interaction
- Confident working within AI-assisted design workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, brand-aligned designs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Take ownership from concept through execution
- Available online during Singapore office hours
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for professional collaboration
