Role Overview

We are seeking a talented SaaS UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for the Client's platform. This role focuses on understanding user behaviors, goals, and motivations to design effective workflows, interaction patterns, and high-quality visual interfaces.

The UX Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and UX leadership to ensure designs align with business objectives and technical constraints while delivering a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the existing component library to enhance platform UI consistency and usability.
• Improve process flows, interaction design, and information architecture across the platform.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with detailed functional annotations.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques using heuristic and principle-based evaluation methods.
• Conduct user research and document journey maps, personas, and UX artifacts.
• Use Figma and FigJam to develop and manage UX deliverables.
• Follow user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and attend meetings to present work and gather feedback.
• Support UX writing, documentation, and organization of project files.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and continuous UX enhancement.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging design practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Proven experience as a SaaS UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio of UX design work is required and must demonstrate user-centered design thinking, problem-solving ability, and end-to-end design execution.
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing web and mobile experiences for B2B and B2C products.
• Familiarity with Azure, Confluence, and Agile development environments.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
