Job Description / Summary:

Must know Wordpress and website design very well, plus SEO and SMO

  • Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans.

  • Ensuring effective marketing communication including company website, print communication, and advertising.

  • Manage relationship with external PR and media agencies.

  • Create and manage the social media presence for the Company

  • Work with the Senior Management team to decide and plan the marketing communication strategy

  • Researching and evaluating the product and service opportunities, customer needs and insights

Ability to create good PowerPoint presentations, proposals and business cases.

Ability and experience of marketing new concepts

The key goals are:

·        Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO 

Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

Using web analytics software to monitor performance of the websites and make recommendations for improvement

Assisting with paid media including liaising with digital advertising agencies

Developing and integrating content marketing strategies

Keeping up to date with current digital trends

Providing accurate reports and analysis to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

·        Detailed understanding of the competitive market.

Key Requirements:

·        Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and internet websites.

·        Must have experience and expertise in designing and producing collateral for marketing in the form of advertising material, direct mail, magazine inserts, brochures, leaflets and other print material.

·        Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.

·        Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.

·        Determine the message the design should portray.

·        Create images / designs that identify a product or convey a message.

·        Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites.

·        Create designs either by hand and using computer software packages.

·        Select colours, images, text style and layout.

·        Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.

·        Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail is a must.

·        To be able to design logos, backdrops, stalls etc.

·        Design and produce marketing communications (digital media).

·        Good understading of IT and digital industry

·        Over all responsibility for understanding the brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable yet simplified graphics.

·        Good knowledge of MS Office.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

·        This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are based on Sydney Australia times Monday through Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. However, you may be required to work on weekend, if needed.

Education Background

·        Graduate (preferably in commercial arts).

·        Good knowledge of latest versions of all current professional design software including, but not restricted to Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, Flash, Animation.

·        Photography and video skills including editing is a definite advantage.

Skills Needed (Technical)

·        Understanding of the market, threats and opportunities

·        Knowledge of booking channels, third party websites

·        Excellent Excel spreadsheet skill

·        Experience in forecasting

·        Strong analytical skill

Experience Needed (Professional)

·        Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Graphic Designer
