2. RESPONSIBILITY:

• Design the look and feel (UI) and user experience (UX) of our websites and apps.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows to show how things will work.
• Design common UI elements like menus, buttons, forms, and widgets.
• Use Figma to build and manage components and design systems.
• Work closely with the product team to improve designs based on user needs.

3. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Communication Design, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Design Systems is a must.
• A portfolio of UI/UX design work.
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML is a plus.
• A team player that can also work independently.
• Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Middle (3–4 years of experience): $1,000 – $1,400
• Senior (5–10 years of experience): $1,400 – $1,800
• 80% of salary during probation and a confirmation bonus of USD 600 upon successful completion
