In this role, you will be instrumental in developing visually compelling designs that reflect our brand identity and support our marketing goals across global markets.

As a Graphic Designer at Deftware, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful visuals for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and other brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visuals across digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to transform project requirements into creative solutions.
• Deliver polished, high-quality assets that align with project timelines and goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest design and digital marketing trends, applying best practices in your work.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of proven professional experience in graphic design (experience in digital agencies or tech companies is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Excellent sense of visual design, typography, and composition.
• Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing design trends, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics.
• Experience designing landing pages and digital assets for marketing campaigns.
• Prior experience in web & mobile apps or SaaS design is an advantage.
