We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer (Canva Specialist) to support the creation of professional, client-facing materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for clean, branded design and proven experience producing high-quality brochures, proposals, and presentations.
You will play a key role in elevating the company’s visual communication by transforming raw content into polished, compelling documents that reflect a consistent and professional brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce brochures, proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and sales collateral using Canva
- Build and maintain branded templates to ensure consistency across all materials
- Format and layout RFPs, project submissions, and client-facing documents
- Assist with the design of company profiles, capability statements, and service overviews
- Organize and manage a library of brand assets, images, and templates
- Collaborate with leadership to understand project goals and translate them into high-quality visual content
- Edit and reformat existing materials to align with brand standards
- Support the creation of email newsletters and promotional materials
- Turn rough drafts, outlines, or raw content into clean, professional final deliverables
Requirements
- Strong, demonstrable proficiency in Canva (required)
- Proven experience creating professional brochures, proposals, and presentations
- Portfolio showcasing polished, branded document design (not just social media graphics)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a clean, professional design aesthetic
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Background in real estate, construction, or property development marketing

Role Details
- Rate: $12–$15 USD/hour
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET)
- Location: Open (no location preference)
