Full-Time Graphic Designer (Remote Contractor – Mexico)

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Uptimize Design, you’ll take part in a wide range of creative projects—from brand identities and marketing materials to direct mail layouts, packaging, and promotional product mockups. Strong layout skills and production accuracy are key, but illustration, logo design, and creative problem-solving are a big plus.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director, taking projects from concept to completion while maintaining organized files and consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare production-ready files for print materials including direct mail, brochures, flyers, and packaging.
• Create branded promotional item designs and mockups for client presentations and vendor production.
• Support brand development and design new logos from scratch when needed.
• Maintain consistency across all visual materials while adapting to different client brand styles.
• Collaborate on creative concepts and refine layouts with feedback.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly in English and proactively update on project progress. Virtual meetings will be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and print production.
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time, remotely, and independently while collaborating with a U.S.-based team.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with brand design, print layout, and packaging preferred.
• Illustration and motion design skills are a plus.

We’re looking for a reliable and highly skilled designer to join our team full-time. This person will work directly with our Creative Director on a variety of projects and help us continue producing high-quality work for our growing client base.

Compensation

Annual Range: MX $291,000.00 – MX $350,000.00 per year (based on experience and skill level).

This is a full-time contractor position (approximately 40 hours per week).
