RemoteVA PH is looking for a highly skilled Designer/Draftsperson who specializes in custom furniture design (not standard kitchens).

The ideal candidate will be an expert in producing detailed, accurate technical drawings and be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

A strong background in custom woodwork design is a significant advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate precise and detailed 2D and 3D drawings for custom furniture projectsCollaborate with clients, project managers, and craftsmen to ensure designs meet specificationsPrepare accurate shop drawings and construction detailsModify and adjust drawings based on feedback and production requirementsEnsure all designs comply with structural and material considerations for custom wood fabricationRequirementsQualificationsProficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required)Proven experience creating detailed technical drawings for furniture or millworkKnowledge of custom wood construction techniques (highly preferred)Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into production-ready drawingsWork RequirementsMust have your own laptop or desktopStable internet connection and a backup device/connection for emergenciesBenefitsWhy Join Us?
