Tasks

What you'll do

• Design, test, and refine prompts to enhance AI response quality and relevance

• Build and maintain a comprehensive prompt library with systematic versioning

• Develop specialized templates for enterprise domain use cases

• Collaborate with our Customer Success team on prompt customization solutions

• Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization strategies

• Lead review sessions and integrate feedback from cross-functional teams

• Drive the continuous evolution of our AI avatar's conversational capabilities

Requirements

Must-haves:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or conversational AI systems

• Solid foundation in prompt engineering principles and best practices

• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Python for automation and workflow optimization

• Experience with Git version control systems

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Nice-to-haves:

• Practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar advanced LLM platforms

• Academic or professional background in
  linguistics, psychology, behavioral sciences, or communication studies

• Understanding of B2B workflows and knowledge management systems

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimental design

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
